If you need to return any merchandise, please email us and request a Return Authorization Number. We can not accept any returns without it.
We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase under the following conditions:

ALL TAGS MUST BE INTACT.
RETURN WITH ALL PACKAGING IN THE SAME CONDITION RECEIVED.
WE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER AND REQUESTING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
You will be credited in full less shipping and handling charges. Wedo not pay return postage.

SHIPPING:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
We use UPS or Fed Ex unless shipping internationally which will ship Express Mail International.
All orders are shipped ground and arrive and usually arrive within 4-7 days. We offer 2nd day and overnite shipping. Please contact [email protected] for shipping costs.
When purchasing more than one item, you will receive a discount on shipping. Discount will be reflected on the actual amount charged to you.
TAXES:
We are a registered business and located in CA. We must collect California State Tax when shipping to any address in CA.
